You can contact PayPal by phone or e-mail. Both processes are easy if you log into your PayPal account before you start.
1. Contact PayPal by phone.
1.1 Sign in to PayPal, enter the PayPal login page, and enter your username and password. Click sign in to log in to your account and you will be redirected to the Account Overview page.
If you have a PayPal account, we highly recommend logging into your account. This increases speed. However, if you are not logged in or do not have an account, you can contact PayPal by mobile phone.
1.2 Go to the People page, scroll to the bottom of the “Account Summary” page, and find the “Contacts” link at the bottom of this page. Clicking on the link will take you to the Help Center.
The “Contact Us” link appears at the bottom of the “PayPal” page, so you can access the Help Center without going to the “Account Summary” page.
1.3 Click the contact link to find the contact link at the top of the Help Center home page. Click on this link to access the phone’s detailed help page.
If you are not logged in, you will be asked to log in now. Click the Login button.
1.4. Dial a PayPal phone number and then call the PayPal Help Center (1-888-221-1161). When prompted, enter your one-time passcode (if available) and follow the rest of the instructions on your phone to redirect to the appropriate provider or to a recorded response.

2. Contact PayPal by email.
2.1 Sign in to PayPal Go to the PayPal login page, enter your username and password, and click the button. To log in to your account, log in and go to the “Account Summary” page.
We recommend that you log in to your account whenever possible. If you do not have an account or can not log in, please see this section. For information on how to contact PayPal by email without signing in, please use the “Connect to PayPal by Email without Registration” section of this article.
2.2 Go to the contact page and find the contact link below the “Account Summary” page. When you click this link, you will be sent to the Help Center.
If you do not see the “Account Summary” page at this time, you should see the “Contacts” link at the bottom of the “PayPal” page.
2.3 Click on the Email Link. Find the link to contact us by email at the top of the Help Center page. Clicking on this link will take you to the contact form on the website.
If you are not logged in, you will be asked to log in now.
2.4 This page displays two drop-down boxes for selecting topics and sub-topics. Click on Select Type, and then select the second type from the box. “Select the second type”
The sub-topic is unique to that topic. This means that the type must be selected before the sub-type can be listed in the template and each theme will have a different sub-type.
2.5 Write a message Select a topic and subsection to display the message box. Click inside the box and enter a question, complaint, or comment using the details provided.
Provide as much information as possible in the body of the message. Detailed instructions will help the Help Center to resolve the issue.
2.6 Click the Send button and then double-check the content and message. If everything is OK, press the “Send” button at the bottom of the message window to send the message.
