How to Cancel a Venmo Payment

1. Open the Venmo app on your device.

2. Click the button on the three horizontal lines. If your message or payment is not complete, you will see a small red dot.

3. Click the Incomplete options menu to view outstanding payments. It is represented by a red circle (“message” means that you received a payment request from a friend).
